For this seat I graphed a Honda Gold Wing seat on to a KLR 650 pan. First I find the perfect position for the new bolstered seat foam, then I add the gel insert. The seat goes back on the bike to create the style lines. These lines run from the gas tank and side covers right onto the seat. I then create a custom pattern for the upholstery. Next I cut, sew, and install the new cover over my super comfy gel seat. The result is a very unique, exceptionally comfortable seat for my bike.
10 hours a day in the saddle is no problem with this new gel insert. I know this gel can help you too. The last photo is the original seat that I use around town and in the trails.
